Is electricity necessary?

Yes, you need a system that complies with the regulations of the country and with the wiring diagram sent by Lemi. The beds are made at 220 V unless otherwise requested by the customer. 110 V available.

Is it complicated to install the bed?

Absolutely not. All Lemi beds are Plug and Play – they arrive at the customer fully assembled ready for electrical connection (and plumbing if required).

Do we need to drain the water?

For beds with hydraulic connection, the water drain must always be provided, according to the hydraulic diagram provided by Lemi. Floor or wall connection available.

How should I prepare the connections?

According to the scheme provided by Lemi with reference to the equipment and in compliance with current regulations.

Assembly and Transportation

Who shall take care of assembly?
The bed is assembled and tested before shipment, so the bed will be delivered completely assembled.

Is the bed easy to install?
All Lemi beds are Plug and Play, being completely assembled and ready for plug in.

In how many parts will the bed arrive?
The bed is one piece only, being assembled before shipment.

Is the mattress available in different colors?
Yes, the mattress is available in 38 different colors from two kinds of fabrics : Nefos and Spa Prestige.

Is the base available in different colors?
Yes, several finishes are available according to the bed model.

Which kind of accessories may be added?
A wide list of accessories upon request is available according to the bed model.

Which is the product warranty?
The product warranty is longlife and unique: 10 years for the metal frame, 5 years for the mattress foam, 2 years for electric parts, 1 year for heating.

Who will take care of servicing?
Lemi ensures the exclusive Lifetime Assistance service. Contact Lemi authorised distributor in your country, or directly ask to Lemi Group Italy service@lemigroup.it
