The Resort
Six Senses Fiji is located on the tropical island of Malolo, part of the splendid Mamanuca Islands, surrounded by crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches and is warm all year round.
Designed by New Zealand architect Richard Priest as a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Fijian village, the resort comprises of 24 pool villas, ranging in size from 110 to 160 square meters, and 60 residences located along a private beach, all solar powered.
Surrounded by tropical rainforest, the design of the Six Senses Fiji embodies the brand’s philosophy that well-being is linked to the benefits of nature and indeed includes cascading water features that flow into a tropical green belt with fig and banyan trees.
The SPA
The Spa Village is accessed through a lounge area, created as a place for socialising, relaxation and exploration of the resort’s wellness offerings. Treatments go beyond the ordinary, combining an intuitive mix of science and human awareness, designed with a high-tech, high-touch approach and created around the individual
In addition to the four treatment rooms, equipped with Versus beds by Lemi, the SPA includes a relaxation room with sauna, steam bath, hot and cold plunge pools, as well as the innovative Alchemy Bar, a place to discover exotic herbal potions, salts, fruits and essential oils that guests can mix to make aromatic scrubs and masks using 100% fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients from the resort’s garden.
The spa presents the multidimensional Six Senses Integrated Wellness program which begins with an assessment of the guest’s state of well-being through the study of its biomarkers. The results allow the spa team to determine and recommend behavioural and lifestyle adjustments and create a specific program based on the person’s needs. Created by the Six Senses Spa team along with respected physicians who make up the Six Senses Wellness Board, each guest’s personalized program can include spa treatments, exercise, yoga, meditation, Eat With Six Senses or Sleep with Six Senses, and additional guidance.
