The Hotel
The furnishings feature a selection of precious fabrics with golden touches that give life to a refined and hospitable space. The contemporary-style furniture is enhanced by ad hoc elements, such as the two huge glass chandeliers and the spectacular gold chains located in the lobby which are inspired by the jewels that can be found in the Gold Souk in Dubai.
Entering the lobby, we find two elegant lounge areas, complete with a large fireplace and crowned by a majestic work of art that recalls the striking Dubai skyline, reflected in the Water Canal. The corridors and main common areas also feature various collections of contemporary artwork.
The rooms are characterized by huge floor-to-ceiling windows, large bathrooms, generously sized walk-in closets and splendid coral-inspired wall sculptures.
The SPA
The St.Regis Spa is located on the 5th floor of the hotel and has six treatment suites. It offers tailor-made offerings, including Flotation Therapy in a sensory deprivation tank and an anti-aging facial made with 24-karat gold, as well as a traditional Arab Hammam.
The spa pays homage to the original Iridium Room at The St. Regis New York, where the city’s aristocrats and iconoclasts gathered to revel in a private world of entertainment and glamour. The spa at the St Regis downtown Dubai is equipped with Lemi’s Florence model beds and uses products from the French brand Sothys and the Australian brand Subtle Energies.
