Located just meters from the Royal Opera House, the W Hotel in Muscat is the perfect destination for travelers seeking a luxurious and trendy experience. The hotel is located on the seafront of Shatti Al Qurum and offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Oman.
The design is inspired by the journey of a Bedouin nomad, by the nature surrounding the city, such as the Hajjar Mountains, the vast Omani desert and the Arabian Gulf, but also by the culture and effervescent soul of Muscat.
Upon arriving at the W guests are greeted by a giant incense tree, a symbol of Omani culture that was used to bless and welcome weary travelers after their long journeys. The stainless steel sculpture is 10 meters high, weighs 9 tons, and is the work of Thai artist Pongsatat Uaiklang.
Crossing the threshold you find yourself in the large Living Room, with an attractive design that incorporates the designs of the Omani Kummah, including the headgear of traditional Omani clothing. Here we find the reception, a large room and bar where you can relax sipping a fantastic cocktail or take part in a mixology class.

The 279 guest rooms at the W Muscat Hotel are designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Each room is furnished without leaving anything to chance. The design is fresh, attractive and welcoming with elements that draw the lines of Omani culture and nature meeting modern furniture and vibrant holographic paintings.
Away SPA
The spa at the W Hotel in Muscat was designed in the same style of the entire hotel. An eccentric design, a fusion of modern lines and arabesque elements.
Guests are greeted by a design inspired by the ancient ritual of stargazing under the night sky and the intimacy of comfort that reminds us of a cave. The spa offers a hammam, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a path of sensory showers and a Beauty Bar for touch-ups, “Quick Fix” treatments. There are ten treatment rooms, including a couple’s room and a Vichy room equipped with Lemi’s Aemotio Spa bed.
